JDBC Connection Credentials Renewal with ZERO downtime

Dear IBM Team,

We have raised an incident with IBM (SI-576962) with the following description:

In our project, we have several JDBC connections configured to support audit and interface logging into an Oracle database.

As part of our security compliance protocols, we are required to renew the database credentials annually. Currently, this process involves disabling the connections, updating the credentials, and then re-enabling the connections.

This approach results in a temporary disruption to business operations. In response, the business team has raised a priority STORY to implement a solution that updates the database passwords in our DHL eCommerce project applications without any downtime for our customers or partners.

Could you please confirm if IBM provides a solution to enable seamless credential updates with ZERO downtime? Your insights and recommendations on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
