Native Cross-Project Flow Service Integration Without API Calls

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

We want to structure our integrations across multiple projects by organizing them into distinct layers: one project per backend, several projects as a middleware layer, and multiple projects for the frontend API's. The frontend API's will use one or more middleware layers who in turn uses one or more backend layers. This approach helps us avoid code duplication and prevents a tangled web of flow services.

Currently, it is not possible to directly use a flow service or document type from another project. The only way to achieve this is by making API calls between projects. We would like to have a native solution that allows us to invoke flow services from other projects without relying on API or HTTP calls.

This is mainly to retrieve data synchroniously because for update inter-project-communication can be accomplished by shared topics or shared queues.

Today we support intra project communication only via messaging. In the future we may consider other decoupled communication but as of now nothing is planned.
