Integration Server – Allow Role Based Access to Service Monitoring and Transaction Resubmission Without Administrator Privileges

Hi Team,

Currently, the Service Monitoring page (including transaction resubmission) in Integration Server 12.1 is accessible only to users with Administrator privileges.

https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/webmethods-integration/wm-integration-server/12.1.0?topic=guide-accessing-service-monitoring

We request the ability to grant access to the Service Monitoring and transaction resubmission functions through a dedicated role or permission, without providing full administrative access.

This enhancement would allow organizations to:

  • Follow the principle of least privilege by granting only the required operational permissions.
  • Enable support teams to monitor and resubmit failed transactions securely.
  • Eliminate the dependency on My webMethods Server (MWS) solely for transaction monitoring and resubmission, reducing infrastructure, licensing, and maintenance costs during migration to Integration Server 12.1.
