    Hi,

Thanks for your update. I have done few more tests to replicate this issue.

Created a test user, it gets everybody role by default.

    1. Test 1: tried to login to the platform locally. It could not login. OK
    2. Test 2: added monitor user role to this user. It could not login. OK
    3. Test 3: added MonitorAdministrators role to this user. It could not login. This is one of our requirements. Apart from administrators, if we want to allow monitoring administrators to login, it does not let to do.
    4. Test 4: added Developer role to this user. It could login. This user could do everything, including the password change of Administrator. This is a platform Risk.
    5. Test 5: added ReadOnlyAdministrators role to this user. It could not login. It has to allow to login at least.

Overall, granting developer the highest previledge seems to be a platform major defect. Also, ReadOnlyAdministrators, MonitorAdministrators are not allowed to login, without adding either developer role or Admin role. Hope this is clear.

Anything, please reach out to me. Can you kindly provide the followings for tracking this issue ?

    • Do you want to treat this as a platform bug or security defect ?
    • By when you can give us the ETA for this issue to address ?
