Enable the Integration Server to support scheduling tasks based on regional time zones, allowing for automatic adjustments for daylight saving time (DST) in both the server's timezone and the target region's timezone, ensuring accurate execution of scheduled tasks globally.

We have installed the product in the ET timezone, but we have integrations globally. Since the server timezone is set to ET, we can create schedulers in ET time by matching the requested time from other regions.

Recently, we received a request from a New Zealand user to schedule a program at 12:05 AM NZT. To accommodate this, we created a schedule in IS by matching the corresponding ET time to 08:05 AM ET. However, whenever daylight saving time (DST) starts or ends in the U.S., the program runs either one hour early or one hour late. Additionally, the NZ region has its own DST start and end times, further affecting the scheduling.

My question is: Is there a way to create a scheduled task in the integration server that accounts for different regional time zones instead of relying on a single standard time zone?
