More robust file renaming options

Being able to rename files based on patterns from the file name would be great for recovery purposes.

We have an event that needs to move files with the following names:

umms_atlas_extract_4687_umms_appointments_2025-10-14-06-10-15.txt
umms_atlas_extract_4688_umms_visits_2025-10-14-06-30-21.txt
umms_atlas_extract_4689_umms_claims_2025-10-14-06-15-15.txt
umms_atlas_extract_4690_umms_diagnosis_2025-10-14-06-15-15.txt
umms_atlas_extract_4691_umms_guarantors_2025-10-14-06-15-15.txt
umms_atlas_extract_4692_umms_hospital_accounts_2025-10-14-06-45-17.txt
umms_atlas_extract_4693_umms_appointment_notes_2025-10-14-06-10-14.txt
umms_atlas_extract_4694_umms_patients_2025-10-14-06-05-23.txt
umms_atlas_extract_4695_umms_eras_hb_2025-10-14-05-30-16.txt

Out vendor wants the file to have the following names when it is uploaded to them.

umms_appointments_20251014.v1.txt
umms_visits_20251014.v1.txt

The team that creates the files wants to have certain items in the file name for standardization.

umms_(vendor)_extract_(report number)_(description)_(time date stamp).txt

Being able to rearrange the file name, or keep parts of the it would be helpful.
