Need MFT to support large-scale routing scenario where specific file-name rules take precedence and the wildcard rule is processed last.

Some partners have more than 1,000 routing rules originating from the same folder. Maintaining exclusion lists across thousands of scheduled actions would create a significant administrative burden, and every time a new file pattern is introduced they would need to update a large number of existing scheduled actions.

We would like to see if MFT can support this type of large-scale routing scenario while maintaining behavior similar to their existing B2B implementation, where specific file-name rules take precedence and the wildcard rule is processed last.
