Hello and thank you for taking the time to give us feedback.
The current plan is to continue having the UM clients move forward with the release train. The client is backward compatible with the older releases. Indeed this does not help with a new dynamic development environment where the version are updated regularly. We'll reevaluate the costs and the release channels for the client libs releases for different java versions. Until this happens one would have to waith for the next version that would support java 21.
