Display qmgr or qmstatus command should return host name

when connecting to a multi instance or RDQM queue manager using a connection string, it is not possible to determine which of the instances are connected.

Please support IBM MQ console to manage RDQM HA.

Currently, the IBM MQ Console does not support replicated data queue managers. However user needs IBM MQ Console to manage RDQM , at least to see the queue manager status.

Allow a character indicating generic value to be used in the first qualifier of MQ security profiles in RACF
