Utility to backup/dump runnscnf configuration

There's currently no utility or program which can be used to dump the runnscnf configuration on NonStop system. It is possible to use the list command to output all the settings to a file, but that output can't then be imported back into the tool....

Retain the state of SVRCONN channel post queue manager restart

The state of SVRCONN channel is not retained after queue manager restart unlike other SDR/RCVR type of channels. For ex: A SVRCONN which is in stopped state goes automatically to in-active state after queue manager restart.

Currently runmqras issue command "id mqm" but not "getent group mqm". The command "getent group mqm" is helpful to know which userids are in group mqm.
