API Connect - Show API Publish status across all gateways Merged

We have had countless issues when Products that we publish do not peer properly across all of the Gateways mapped in our Gateway services.

API Connect is pretty dumb to this fact today as it says "published", even though in our situation some Gateways return a 404 (or in really bad cases all of them return 404).

Today Published seems to be a "not my problem" type of status in API Connect. I would like the API Manager to be aware of whether the Gateway has the API it published or not. This could be some type of indicator that the Gateway has your API or not.
