Group support in OIDC

When users are being onboarded to API Connect using Open ID Connect (OIDC) providers, we would like for the users to be automatically granted authorization to APIC based on the groups the users are assigned to in the OIDC provider.

As of now, for user onboarding over OIDC, there are more than one steps required before the user can be authorized to access APIC. For example, an administrator has to first login to APIC.  Next, the administrator will need to do a lookup for the user that needs to be onboarded.  If the user is found, the administrator will then assign the appropriate role to the user. Until these steps are complete, the new user will not be authorized to APIC, even though the user already exist and assigned to the right group in the OIDC provider user registry.

It is also critically important for the enterprise-grade IAM that user's access and entitlements are managed centrally in the OIDC provider vs locally in the applications. This capability is being asked and expected for a while, and still is not available.
