Add support for Apache Pulsar

Add support to produce or consume topic on Apache Pulsar.

One of our use-cases is that an external party provides sensor data to App Connect. We have little choice how this data is delivered, but App Connect is flexible enough for receiving the data.

We’d like to distribute the data (events) to several parties within our organization and realtime, in other words as an event stream where multiple parties can subscribe on.

· We already have Apache Pulsar as an Event Streaming platform, so we want App Connect to have a node to easily produce the events on the topic in Apache Pulsar.

· There might be situations where parties process the events and a new event is generated on a different Apache Pulsar topic. Is this case, App Connect should be able to consume the events on the Apache Pulsar topic so they can be processed in App Connect and send to external parties in a different format.
