Migrate an ace 12 component from an AIX OS to redhat Linux or between OS

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

Hello, according to a case, I presented the request to be able to migrate the ace12 components from an AIX OS to Redhat Linux, in reality that it can be multiplatform, being able to see the possibility of performing an ibmint extract node from one server to another, this given that currently it cannot be done with a mqsibackup/mqsirestore from one OS to another.
This would benefit clients, since they would not be left with a single OS, but rather they would have the possibility of being able to move if required. I understand that the new containers are used, but there are entities that still use them as an on-premise server.
