Sync user access rights provided via group membership with access rights provided to individual users and centralise visibility of user accesses

See this idea on ideas.ibm.com

A user can be given access to services individually or by group membership. Currently, these are to be managed separately. There is no centralised place to see all access rights provided to a user using both methods.

Suppose, I give accesses to a group and add users and then assign more accesses to that user outside the group, there is no way to know what are all the accesses user has given by both methods. This is confusing and poor user experience. I need to check both places to consolidate all accesses.

This enhancement is for the product to show

- accesses assigned to the user individually and also

- accesses assigned via group membership

at one place.
