Support XA global transaction with DB2 on IBM i

WMB should provide a way to access DB2 on IBM i as a part of XA global transaction.
IBM i in past versions did not support XA global transactions, but now they provide several options including:
- DB2 Connect
- IBM Data Server Driver for JDBC and SQLJ (with DB2 Connect)
- IBM Toolbox for Java JDBC Driver
Currently, non are supported by WMB, thus there is no way to access DB2 on IBM i from WMB as a part of XA global transaction.

    RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this RFE has been in the status of Under Consideration. This is not currently a prioritized area of investment for us, and is very rarely demanded by our users (confirmed by the 2 votes on this RFE over the last 7 years), but for now we will keep the RFE open and continue to monitor. Status updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
