Support sending to multiple OTEL providers for ACE on CP4I

We are running ACE v12.0.12.11 IntegrationServer pods on CP4I 16.1.0 SC-2 release on Openshift on Azure Cloud and have plans to migrate to IntegrationRuntime soon. We have been sending ACE metrics + traces to Instana SaaS using OTEL configuration below. The issue is that IBM Cloud Pak for Integration license includes Openshift entitlements for only Cloud Pak components, forcing us to buying OCP entitlements to run our Splunk agents as we use Splunk Cloud extensively for ACE + MQ Operations.

The only possible alternative is for IBM to support sending metrics + logs + traces to multiple OTEL providers (unlike just one provider option in the server.conf.yaml) for ACE on CP4I in which case we wouln't need to buy the OCP entitlements as Splunk agents (splunk otel collector helm chart) supports recieving logs over OTEL(GRPC & HTTP ports). This would also let us continue to push metrics + traces over Instana which is our primary Observability platform.

Please implement this at the earliest so that we are compliant from a licensing standpoint.

Idea priority Urgent

Thank you for taking the time to raise this idea. As noted, currently for each integration server, we allow configuration of an HTTP and a GRPC OTEL collection endpoint. In the server.conf.yaml file, we don't have array properties for each endpoint ... In theory we could extend this configuration to allow for multiple collectors of each transport type. We would need to be careful with the configuration design to avoid making the configuration more complex for first time users. In practice, this is the first time we've encountered a customer running multiple collectors in the same architectural topology, so we are keen to hear comments from other customers that would be interested in this request. Status is updated to Future Consideration.
