Designer: Allow HTTP override of full URL

In Designer, it is possible to override server and port of a HTTP connection in order to allow stage specific configuration (Connecting to HTTP from an App Connect Designer instance in a containerized environment - IBM Documentation)

In our environment, there is a change in the valid resource path for production systems.

As the override only allows for server and port to change, we cannot use this. In order to deploy to production, we have to create a separate BAR file for production. This is not only additional effort, it also defeats the rule that everything you deploy has already run in NonProduction.

We would like to request that the override functionality in Designer also allows to override complete URLs as it is also possible in Toolkit.
