File node enhancements for remote transfers via FTP/SFTP

Allow Local Environment override in the File nodes FTP configuration such that the name for the security identity used during remote transfers can be provided on the fly and the append to file option can be toggled using values in the incoming message.

For example, if I have already created sftp security identities by two names identity1 and identity2, we should be able to specify the name of the security identity to be used for remote transfers in the message being passed to the File node connecting to the remote location.

Also, it would be a good to have feature to be able to specify the action to take if the remote file exists (options: PUT/APPEND), so that if required, data that was read can be appended to the file on the remote location if file already exists or the remote file can be replaced.
