Capability for Azure Service Bus node to connect via OAuth where application permission is at the queue/topic level

The current requirement for Azure Service Bus node is to use an Azure application ID that has send/receive permission at the namespace level. Namespace contains a lot of queues used by different consumers and providers and granting access to an application at the namespace level is a security risk.


ASB node needs to be able to connect using Application ID that has permission only at the queue/topic level.
