Trace Default Root

The Trace Node is the best way to debug multiple flows, but if you have lots of Trace Nodes, deploying to a new server means a lot of tedious effort to set the file path.

Make it configurable so the Trace Root can be set once for an entire app.

    RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this RFE has been in the status of Under Consideration. We note that it is possible to promote the "File path" property of a trace node to the level of a message flow. However, this is an absolute path, and includes the name of the file itself ... so given this, an additional enhancement to impact the default path used at the front of the file name, expressed as an integration server wide default (potentially in server.conf.yaml given that seems the most logical place given the current externals of ACEv11). For now, the status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
