Improve the error message and data given when a Broker can't start under MSCS.

w#hen you cluster a Broker under Windows MSCS you unless your configuration is 1,000,000% correct you can get an annoying message titled,
The WebSphere Message Broker service could not be registered.

This is at best a catch all error message.
You check the accounts, passwords and everything else but you can't find the reason for the failure. The real reason can be almost impossible to find.

This RFE would improve the error message to actually mean something relevant to the failure. if the password was wrong then say so, If the workpath directories didn't have the right permissions then say so. etc etc etc

Idea / RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this RFE has been held in Uncommitted Candidate / Future Consideration status. This suggestion was initially created over seven years ago, and there have been several releases of the product in the intervening period, so we suspect the landscape has moved on significantly since. Given this long passage of time and the solitary vote for this idea, unfortunately on this occasion we will be cloing the request, but if this is still an issue for you then please feel free to raise a new request against a more recent version of our stack.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Integration
Product - IBM Integration Bus (WebSphere Message Broker) - IIB

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
Product family - Connectivity and Integration
Product - IBM Integration Bus (WebSphere Message Broker) - IIB

Thanks for raising this requirement. We would like to improve our error messages to more easily allow you to debug failure scenarios when working with MSCS, and will look to do this in a follow-on release or fixpack.
