This is an IBM Automation portal for Integration products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

RFE Review. We have again reviewed this suggestion, and we remain surprised that the suggestion has not gathered more interest from the community. We feel that perhaps an implementation of this usecase requirement would be more user-friendly in a dedicated PGP Encryption node rather than needing a policy Set to achieve this … This could also be helpful in extending the scope beyond just XML data to bring in other domains. We will continue to monitor for comments and votes. Status is maintained as Future consideration.
RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this RFE has been in the status of Under Consideration. The MQSeries.net forum thread lends further value to understanding the scenario in play here. The restriction being faced is the lack of support in the product for the use of fully qualified XPath expressions where the namespace-uri is explicitly defined for each node (element), when used within the context of a Policy Set Message Part Protection expression. We agree that this enhancement would bring further value to the product, but also note that this suggestion has only received two votes since it was initially opened at the end of 2013. We will continue to monitor but this is unlikely to be prioritized soon without further displays of support. Status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
