FileRead NODE and FileOutput NODE (Performance Enhancement)

Please enhance the File Read node to permit:

- Sequential File reads on a record-oriented file
- Improvement in performance of reading sequential records
- Built-in node function to permit configurable buffering and read-ahead, to avoid the need to write this logic in ESQL nodes and reduce complexity/CPU cost

In addition to this we would like to see performance improvements to the FileOutput NODE. Currently, it is 4 times slower at writing a file than the FileRead NODE is at reading.

    RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this RFE has been in the status of Under Consideration. We note that this RFE has not gathered votes despite being open for several years. That said, we remain open to revisiting the file node code in future for further performance optimizations. Whilst this is not a current area of priority, we will continue to monitor the RFE. Status updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
