RELATED IDEAS

Default log file right error

I'm using log4j to generate log on IIB.

The problem is that these logs are created with the unix rights 660
while the unix mask of the user used by IIB is set to 022.
The default log file right should be 644.

    Idea / RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this idea has been in the status of Uncommitted Candidate / Future Consideration... During this time period we think the product has evolved in this area to provide what you are after - it looks like the environment variable you are using is an older piece of function rather than a new environment variable which can override the system default to a umask of your choosing.
