ESQL function to return the NLS Message Text of a BIP message from NLS Message Catalog

The ExceptionList does not provide the BIP Exception Description as available in the manuals only a Text field whose use is advised against.

Request is for an ESQL function that returns BIP Exception Text data from the Message Catalog (identical to that written to Broker Logs) when passed parameters:
Message NLS Catalog Name - available in Exception List for example
NLS Message ID - available in Exception List for example
A array of insert variables - available in Exception List as insert elements.

    Idea / RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this RFE has been held in Uncommitted Candidate / Future Consideration status. Unfortunately business prioritization has not yet led us to implement this requirement, and we are somewhat surprised that the community has not come forward with more widespread support, potentially because users have implemented their own method of "rehydrating" the key elements of an exception list back into something a little more user-friendly in terms of its presentation. Despite the current evidence of limited support, we still see value in this idea. For now the status is maintained as Uncommitted Candidate / Future Consideration but we will continue to keep this on our radar for a future release.

    Thanks for raising. This isn't available through ESQL today, but is possible through the IIB Administration API (the CMP), and you can call this from within ESQL. We'd like to improve our ESQL language capability in time, and this is a desirable candidate.
