SAP Adapter proxy configuration support.

For SAP Adapter we need to be able to configure a proxy server to communicate with SAP system - by default is using the SAP system port (33NN where NN is the System Number). Please consider secure connections, through SSL and/or mutual/dual SSL, when this proxy support is added.

    RFE Review. We suspect this request for enhancement is no longer of urgent importance given the passage of over six years since it was raised and in combination with the single vote it has received. In our experience most users wanting to achieve this kind of secured SAP connection will choose to utilize the SNC transport. That said, we have added proxy support for some other transport nodes, so this could potentially be implemented although we suspect this will remain a rather low business priority with all things considered. We will continue to monitor but for now the status is retained as Uncommitted Candidate.
