Allow configuring SAP Adapter CCSID at SAPConnection config service

Currently the only way to set SAP Adapter CCSID is to edit the CCSID property of the Adapter and redeploy it. This is bit inconvenient, when someone is trying to debug a char set issue he/she will have to redeploy the SAPAdapter in order to switch CCSID.

If CCSID configuration is moved to SAPConnection config service then this process will be much simpler.

Another suggestion we have is, instead of setting SAP code page 1100 (ibm 819) as the default CCSID while extracting Adapter details via Adapter Connection Wizard can it please be set to UTF-8 code page (SAP - 4110, ibm-1208). As almost 99% of SAP systems as unicode based ones, setting 4110 as default CCSID will be a more appropriate choice.

RFE Review. As part of our policy for regularly reassessing aged RFEs we have recently discussed this enhancement request again, and unfortunately on this occasion it has been decided that we won't be taking this idea further forward. Having received only 3 votes over its 8 year lifespan, and with no further displays of support since the last update in September 2020, I'm afraid we are unable to prioritise action on this item at this time. Status of RFE is closed.

RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this RFE has been in the status of Under Consideration. Although this RFE has only received 2 votes despite being open for many years, we agree that having the ability to change SAP configuration (such as the CCSID) more dynamically would enhance the product. These days, in ACEv11 configurable services have become policies. We remain interested in expanding the number of dynamically configurable policies and their attributes. Status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
