To Allow brokerSpec paramter in mqsichangeflowmonitoring command

At present the mqsichangeflowmonitoring command need to execute locally on the broker server to enable the flow monitoring. there is no provision to execute this command remotely (just like mqsideploy) (build workstation for example).

This RFE is to request to enhance the mqsichangeflowmonitoring command to accept the BrokerSpec (-n brokerFileName) as paramter to allow remote execution (similar to mqsideploy)

    RFE Review. The mqsichangeflowmonitoring command in more recent in-service versions of the product (v11 and v12) has previously been enhanced in order to provide this capability. Status of the idea is updated to delivered.

    Thanks for raising this requirement. We can certainly see vaue in this enhancement request - allowing further remote operations such as monitoring options on top of those which we have already enabled for deploy / statistics / tracing would definitely enhance the product. Status of this RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
