FILE INPUT NODE polling interval dynamically change similar to FTP Configured Service

Using FILE INPUT Node to read a file from OMVS (z/OS UNIX) and
would like to have the ability to dynamically change the scan delay

The file read works correctly following directory:
/webdata/egld/movers/adm/

The file pattern is:
mvr-delivery-regrenwl-regrenwl*.zip

we have coded in a polling interval of 43200, which is the bit we wish
to dynamically change

We have configurable services for the FTP and SFTP but this is a file
read

The documentation indicates that it can only be used if using the FTP
configurable service

This property is overridden by the scanDelay property, if set, in the
FtpServer configurable service.

    Idea / RFE Review. We are continuing to monitor this enhancement request. Unfortunately with only 2 votes over 6 years this has not yet reached the point of business prioritization but we are maintaining the status as Future Consideration for now. We note of course that the Polling Interval property of the FileInput node is providing the function you are after (control over the frequency with which the FileInput node accesses the file system looking for files to process) but you would like a File Policy or similar concept to allow the node's properties and behaviour to be changed without a BAR file redeploy of the flow itself. Status of the Idea is maintained as Future Consideration.
