REST API: Option to specify a broker schema for generated flows and subflows

In the IIB Toolkit, when a user imports a Swagger/OpenAPI document to create a REST API it auto-generates a top-level message flow in the default broker schema 'gen'. This is a minor annoyance, but not serious.

If the user then clicks on 'Open the operation' the toolkit generates an implementation subflow - also in the default broker schema. This is more serious, because the user is expected to edit the implementation subflow and put their own logic into it.

RFE Review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this RFE and apologies it has been in Submitted status for so long. Although many flow developers don't bother with using broker schema packages, we recognise this annoyance and agree that the product would be improved if we allowed more flexibility in this area so that users can choose their own preferred schema - at least for the operation subflows. Status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
