Set SQLSTATE etc. in MbUserExcptiona and NBUserException silimar to ESQL THROW USER EXCEPTION

In ESQL it is possible to throw a ussr exc exception that will set the SQL vars such as SQLSTATE. It is than possible to catch the SQLSTATE in an EXIT HANDLER. See KC http://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSMKHH_10.0.0/com.ibm.etools.mft.doc/ak20700_.htm

It will help to have this functionality also when an user exception it thrown in Java or .Net.

    Idea / RFE Review. Unfortunately there has not been further interest noted since our last update in October 2020 and with only 1 vote in 6 years, regrettably this is not a current business priority for us and on this occasion we do not intend to take this request further forward at this time.

    RFE Review. Thank you for raising this RFE and apologies for the time period it has been in Submitted Status. We agree that greater use of the Exception Handler concept could bring further value for Java and .NET developers. Although not a direct duplicate, for future reference we also note similarity to RFE 60032:
