IIB on Linux to support Kerberos authentication while consuming a service

IIB natively does not provide support to consume/invoke an IWA-secured (NTLM, Kerberos, and SPNEGO) service on Linux platform using HTTP, SOAP, REST and Kafka nodes. This is a major limitation on IIB in Linux as end applications could be hosting services secured only through Kerberos for example.
We need native IIB support to consume/invoke an IWA-secured (NTLM, Kerberos, and SPNEGO) services.

    RFE Review. We continue to monitor this area and note another recent RFE asking for the same thing (http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/rfe/execute?use_case=viewChangeRequest&CR_ID=135599). Status of this RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
