Re-work HL7 custom nodes in Healthcare pack

Healthcare Pack v4 for IIB includes custom HL7 nodes, for example HK7DFDLOutput. Inclusion of these nodes requires project to be built using "Compile and in-line resources". This option, in turn, cannot be used with Shared libraries introduced in IIB v10. Therefore, existing reusable assets such as error handlers built as shared libraries, will not work with applications that include these custom nodes. This is a serious shortcoming as shared libraries are now widely adopted.

The capability to define subflow user-defined nodes in a static library was provided as part of ACEv12.0.2.0 and the App Connect for Healthcare v6.0.1.0 release (based upon ACEv12.0.3.0) exploited this update (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/app-connect/12.0?topic=6010-whats-new). As a result flows using the ACH message flow nodes no longer need to be compiled when added to a BAR file, and they can also exploit shared libraries.

RFE Review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this RFE and apologies it has been in Submitted status for a while. We absolutely agree with the observation made. In order to resolve this, it is our intention to extend the capabilities of all subflow user defined nodes, so that they can be deployed as source rather than as cmf (inlined). This will benefit all users of IIB/ACE and in particular help with the healthcare usecase presented. Status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
