Stop processing immediately for fan out/fan in processing

Similar to the mechanism available in WESB, it would be very beneficial to have IIB immediately stop the entire aggregation process if an error is detected either upon the sending of the fan out requests or upon the receiving of the fan in requests.

Idea / RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this suggestion has been held in the status of Future Consideration. In assessing and prioritizing this requirement we note that the suggested behaviour would most likely be undesireable for the majority of our users as it would mean any further replies returned chronologically after processing has been stopped would then be treated as "unknown". In other words, you need to be operationally very careful to only deliberately cancel the right aggregations. Of course, we could define this new capability as "opt out by default" in order to get around these concerns. Without wishing to pre-judge the method of implementation, we could imagine defining a new terminal on the AggregateReply or pass in a particular formatted message to highlight the name of the aggregation being cancelled. Status of the idea is maintained as Future consideration for now.
