IIB/ACE including Java SDK as its component

Java SDK used by Java compute node in IIB for z/OS should be provided by IIB for z/OS.
That is, IIB for z/OS should include Java SDK as its component, which is the same style as WAS for z/OS.

RFE Review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this RFE and apologies for the time it has been in Submitted status. Currently on distributed platforms we follow the model of shipping the Java SDK as part of the product each fix pack release. We have become more flexible in this regard over time and we are now in a position to upgrade java as part of a fix pack release rather than a major engineering release. As highlighted in the RFE, on zOS we declare compatability with a specific java level but do not provide the component. There are good aspects to both these models. In future if we were to enhance this area of the product we would likely declare a specific level or range of java levels supported on a particular platform and ship with that particular level and then document how a user could independently upgrade to a different java level on the same fix pack level if they wished for some reason. This capability would bring value to some users of both zOS and distributed platforms. Status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
