Idea / RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this idea has been in the status of Uncommitted Candidate / Future Consideration. We absolutely still see value in this request, but we also note the relatively modest voting interest, and the fact that whilst this would aid usability the lack of this enhancement is not blocking a functional use case right now. Unfortunately this idea has not yet received sufficient interest for it to become a business priority for us. We will continue to monitor. Status of the idea is kept as Future Consideration.
Thank you for raising this RFE. The use case presented matches similar capability with the mqsicvp command so this sounds like conceptually a good fit. Checking SYSTEM queue definition and userid and password entries made using mqsisetdbparms sound entirely possible in line with the current architected command. Status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted candidate.
