External JSON Schema Reference for REST API Swagger

Support for multiple JSON schema file references for REST API Swagger. On IIB v10.0.0.1for Rest API swagger with elements in multiple reference JSON schema files was supported. However, in the latest fix pack releases, this feature is no longer supported and there is a restriction of all elements contained in the swagger itself. This is supported feature from Swagger 2.0 specification.
