This is an IBM Automation portal for Integration products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Idea Review. As part of our policy for regularly reassessing aged ideas we have recently discussed this enhancement request again. We note that there has not been further interest shown (votes or comments) since the last assessment of this idea, so unfortunately this is currently a low business priority for us although acknowledging the benefit it might bring to a small constituency of our users we intend to maintain the status of Future Consideration for now and continue to monitor the requirement for potential future development if other user interest materialises. In the interim, we also note that the ACE message flow API, which is often exploited within the authored pattern, is also available directly (rather than through a pattern instance); so it is already possible to meet the usecase of programmatic generation of message flows.
RFE Review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this request for enhancement and apologies it has been in Submitted status for so long. Unfortunately we have not yet got a programmatic way to achieve this use case with a public API, but we do agree this would make an excellent enhancement for the product. Status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
