Hi Team,
Hope your safe and doing good.
Currently we are using IBM ACE cloud SAAS platform with below details
1. ACE Details: ACE is deployed in London region
2. URL: https://0omeiagf-bluemix.eu-gb.appconnect.ibm.com/dashboard
We have created an event driven flow IBM ACE cloud SAAS platform and below is the flow structure and i have attached the screen shot with name "SalesforceErrorsToQ.PNG".
Event driven flow structure:
-----------------------------------
MQ Input Node -> JSON Parser -> Salesforce application(IBM ACE uses Consumer Key, Consumer Secret, Username, password to conneect to Salesforce platform event) -> MQ Output node (expecting to received FAILURE LOGS)
We have used below documentation to connect IBM ACE with Salesforce.
https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SS6KM6/com.ibm.appconnect.dev.doc/how-to-guides-for-apps/salesforce_connect_cloud.html
This event driven flow trigger's whenever a JSON input message comes to MQ Input Queue and then it will try to send data to Salesforce PLATFORM EVENT Service.
In this scenario we have noticed some times Salesforce application is providing some JSON errors which i can see in ACE logs only and WE NEED YOUR HELP TO UNDERSTAND HOW WE CAN SEND BELOW ERROR DETAILS TO A MQ OUTPUT QUEUE.
Below is the exact error Sent by Salesforce and we wanted you help to understand how we can send below error details to a queue.
Error "The `salesforce_662cf5c58c8d0efebc5d1175f12b2005_VUK_UpsertCustomer__e_nh` instance is not valid. Details: `Birthdate__c` is not a valid date (value: Invalid Date); `EmailConsentCapturedDate__c` is not a valid date (value: Invalid Date); `PhoneConsentCapturedDate__c` is not a valid date (value: Invalid Date); `SMSConsentCapturedDate__c` is not a valid date (value: Invalid Date)." occurred when calling an application
i have also attached a screen with errors logs 'Errorlogs.PNG" highlighted in yellow which we want to send it to a MQ Output queue.
We had a discussion with IBM lab advocate (John Reeve) and a IBM tech sale representative (Martin Howson) and the suggestion is to submit
this as a RFE(Requst for enhancement).
Below are John Reeve comments:
"Processing errors in designer flows. Being able to catch errors and processing them in a separate part of the flow like in ACE.
We currently are working on designs to add exactly this function but it is tentatively planned for 2Q this year. We would like to understand when you would need this by and how critical it is for you delivering your solution? We might be able to deliver a simpler version of the error handling earlier if it is critical for you"
Could you please make this enhancement as soon as possible as it is very much critical for the project deliverables.
i have attached the PDF version of Email from John Reeve with name "IBM_Discussion_RFESuggestion_Mail.pdf"
Thanks in advance.

Thanks for opening this RFE. This is a valid request on our backlog. Our architects are evaluating a quick resolution by short-term fix, which will be followed up with an overhaul of the whole error handling in App Connect. We will communicate to you via Lab advocate and support channels.
