File Input Node Needs Support Cloud services that do not allow remote file delete

V8.0.0.X did not throw an error and still retrieved a remote file when the remote system was in charge of deleting the file after successful transfer. In IIB 10.0.0.X the IIB now silently fails without going down the fail or catch terminal when it is unable to delete the remote file. We have two service providers that have designed their SFTP server to move downloaded files automatically to an archive folder and purged that we cannot change. So we need a check box to 'ignore' the delete error if the file is already gone at the end of the transfer on the remote system. The end result is the same, but when the IIB does not have control of the remote system and the result is the same, it should not just die and throw away the file.

    Idea Review. As part of our policy for regularly reassessing aged ideas we have recently discussed this enhancement request again and we believe that behaviour in this area has improved - setting the environment variable MQSI_FILENODES_SOFT_DELETE_REMOTE_FILES = TRUE should allow the delete of remote file to fail and processing continue.
