ACEonCloud to provide better control of VPC consumption with Integration Servers

Integration Applications are developed with the ACE toolkit, packaged as bar files and then deployed as Integration Server (IS) on the ACEonCloud (ACEoC) service. Each IS deployment is allocated a certain amount of VPC (fractions typically, such as 0.25 or 0.5 for ex). The customer has a global amount of VPC entitlements, so he needs to make sure he does not go beyond it when he deploys/starts up new IS. Today the ACEoC service can check the VPC entitlement at the ACEoC instance level (and it can also block new IS deployment/start up if necessary). But it is not able to do that across several ACEoC instances. So, we need an enhancement in the ACEoC service so that the control is done at the global level (cross ACEoC instances ). We also need a dashboard in the GUI that indicates the VPC consumption across ACEoC instance.

Thank you for taking the time to raise this RFE. Being able to consolidate metering information across a wider number of deployments would clearly be beneficial to the offering. Status of the RFE is updated to Uncommitted Candidate.
