In order to use TLS 1.3, we think that it should be enable using TLS for both inbound and outbound traffic, in IBM INTEGRATION BUS V 10.0.

Idea/RFE Review. The latest IIBv10 maintenance release, 10.0.0.25 includes Java 8.0 SR6 FP36 (https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/6520800) and thus support for TLSv1.3
RFE Review. Thank you for taking the time to submit this request for enhancement. Once support for TLSv1.3 is available in IBM Java 8 then we will be keen to utilise this in the IIBv10 fix pack deliveries. Status of the RFE is updated to Planned for Future Release.
