Add SQL.HostName as a new Broker Property

Currently, one has to use a JCN or various schemes to get the hostName available in a message flow. Making it a standard Broker property would make a developer's life simpler.

RFE Review. Apologies for the length of time this request has been left in Uncommitted Candidate status. With 3 votes since originally raised in 2012 we have not been able to justify the business prioritization of this feature request so far (current available properties are documented on this page: https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSTTDS_11.0.0/com.ibm.etools.mft.doc/ak04897_.html), however we still feel this usability enhancement would improve the product so we'll continue to monitor. Status of this RFE is maintained as Uncommitted Candidate.

Due to processing by IBM, this request was reassigned to have the following updated attributes:
    Brand - WebSphere
    Product family - Integration
Product - IBM Integration Bus (WebSphere Message Broker) - IIB

For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
    Brand - WebSphere
Product family - Connectivity and Integration
Product - IBM Integration Bus (WebSphere Message Broker) - IIB

Thanks for raising - agreed - host name would be a neat addition to the set of broker properties that are accessible. We'll look to add this in a follow-on delivery.

By standard Broker property I of course meant "general broker property", accessible in Trace nodes, etc.
