JDBC test utility

Currently there is no jdbc test utility that allows to test if JdbcPolicy is correctly configured.

It will be very beneficial to have such utility in ACE WebAdmin console or mqsicommand to test JDBC connections

Idea Review. Thank you for taking the time to raise this enhancement request, which we agree would enhance the product. Noting that we have the existing mqsicvp command utility for validating ODBC connections, it would seem logical to use the same approach for checking JDBC connections as well rather than moving the capability in to the WebUI. Status of the request is updated to Future consideration.
