Closer integration between App Connect and API Connect

Raised on behalf of a customer. The customers requirement is to create and manage their APIs in API Connect and then consume them directly in App Connect. They would like the available APIs to automatically appear in App Connect.

System: App Connect

Actor: App Connect user wishing to consume APIs from their own instance of API Connect.

Description: App Connect allows users to consume APIs that are managed by API Connect, however there are some manual steps involved.
This RFE is raised on behalf of a customer who is interested being able to browse their API Connect catalog from App Connect, then import APIs to use in their App Connect flows.

This will have the advantage of managing versioning/changes over time in a single place.
