In 7.5.4 the memory has been increased to 70GB, in future we will consider to provide more flexible option for user to select.
Wholeheartedly agree - limiting disk capacity to exactly 60GiB doesn't allow effective use of the ACP/CastIron virtual appliance. We've got incredible amounts of disk storage available - but only exactly 60GiB for our virtual appliance.
