Capture Mutiple Record Counts/ Job Key values in API

We need a an enhancement to capture multiple Record count/Job key values using Managemnet APIs

Description:Currently we are unable to to view all the properties(total time usage ,total no. of jobs, record count for all teh existing projects per orchestration/transaction) for all the projects in teh form of a dashboard(it is availbale for only top5 projects currently) in ACP WMC.
We are trying to gather thes information using mangement APIs however we see there is an issue while fetching multiple record count/job key values using searchJobs operation.
Since it is made a primary key value only one instance is mapped and one value is fetched even if there are mutiple values that is seen in WMC.
Please work on this limit of capturing just one value and if possible can we get all the information in one operation.
Also please let us know if there can be a dashboard which gives details of not just top 5 but all the projects in WMC to gather the below:
1.Time took to process the file
2.# of records processed for that file
3.Amount of variable used for that particular transmission
4.Amount of Data transferred and received
5.Would need above data in totality over a dashboard to predict and understand current usage by various users
