This is an IBM Automation portal for Integration products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Thanks for opening this RFE. This is a valid request on our backlog. We will review this in our future planning. Also please review the latest feature of Mapping Assist available as part of our Cloud Pak for Integration if that helps in large mappings.
More and more we have clients who want us to connect to them using our own SSH key using SFTP, NOT FTPS. In the Cast Iron Studio there DOES NOT appear to be a way to do this. The Cast Iron Studio tool (7.5.1, CFix 11) only shows three types of Security: FTP, SFTP and FTPS. Only FTPS seems to have the ability to associate a Client Certificate Alias Name which is not the same thing as I am asking.
When a client insists that our inbound connection to them be done with an SSH key - we cannot accommodate them which then means we have to use another FTP product to send the output from CastIron to them by using our SSH key in another product. This adds extra complexity which could be avoided if only CastIron allowed this as an option.
