    We have integration with external vendor and they are have removed support for Password based authentication. Due to this, we need to change entire design. After lot of fight we could get exception for some time but now we need to address this issue.

    I knew 2 clients who need this - Ford, IBM CSP etc. Every competitor product has this. Why is it taking so long ?

    As the security landscape is evolving, more and more FTP end points are requiring SSH key based authentication rapidly. Shy to see that a premium product like App connect doesn't have this feature yet. How many customers of yours have to cry to get this feature implemented?

    Costar really needs this functionality. We have to use two other pieces of software to be able to do this.
